These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Mali Beauty. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made via our online booking system, Fresha, or through direct contact.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3. Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking
Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless agreed in advance
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
No-shows may be charged the full treatment cost or restricted from future bookings
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced
If you are significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show
6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform Mali Beauty of any:
Allergies
Skin conditions
Medical conditions
Mali Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
7. Results & Expectations
Results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair type and aftercare. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results.
9. Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable once completed
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue where possible
10. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)
Gift vouchers are non-refundable
Must be used before the expiry date
Cannot be exchanged for cash
11. Liability
Mali Beauty will not be held liable for:
Reactions due to undisclosed conditions
Failure to follow aftercare advice
Loss or damage to personal belongings
12. Use of Fresha
We use Fresha for managing bookings. By booking through Fresha, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to Terms
Mali Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
