Come to your appointment with clean, dry skin that is free from oils, lotions and fake tan. Moisturisers and oils create a barrier that can prevent the henna from staining as deeply. Avoid exfoliating heavily in the days before your appointment as very freshly exfoliated skin can also affect the depth of stain. If you are coming for a bridal or larger appointment, wear loose fitting clothing that will not touch the design while it is drying.
